Our Facility
Located in a turn of the century warehouse in the Greektown neighborhood of Baltimore, MD, is our modest 1200 square foot roasting facility. Using a small 8 pound batch Sivetz fluid bed roaster we carefully hand roast our coffee to the peak of perfection. By roasting in small batches we are able to constantly monitor the quality of each roast, making minor adjustments in temperature if necessary. This guarantees every bean you get is of the highest quality possible. Since each type of coffee is different and has a different ideal roasting temperature all of our blending is done post roast. Blending this way maximizes the flavor of the blend and allows all the subtle nuances of each bean to emerge.
After roasting we hand package our coffee for delivery within 24 hours guaranteeing you the freshest cup possible. We will gladly work with you to develop a proprietary blend for your coffee shop or restaurant. If you are interested in attending a cupping please call and we will schedule one for you.
