Guatemala "Finca Ceylan"
Guatemala is one of the best coffee growing regions on the plante. The three active volcanoes in the area make for a soil that produces flavors unique to the region. "Finca Ceylan" is a well balanced, medium bodied coffee. It has an above average acidity with slight floral tones. As with most Guats it has a hint of smokiness that produces a fine cup of coffee that many aficionadoes consider one of the best. Try it iced in the summer time.
